The second pillar of the Active Cleanliness program: Construction.

Integration into a robust reintegration program

Start of the mission

Following the successful creation and commissioning of the 92 UDMs.

Participants in the program will be housed and supported within a structured, rigorous, and empowering environment, enabling them to work on their mental, physical, and social recovery throughout the duration of their training.

$90 per month, with automatic payment deducted as soon as their RSA benefits are received.

This solution will help them overcome the sense of urgency caused by their lack of housing stability, allowing them to focus fully on their new goals and confidently pursue the training program of their choice.

To successfully combine career guidance, personalized support, logistical assistance, vocational training, job placement, and moral support, here are the key players that will make up this diverse and complementary ecosystem:

Ministry of Labor.

DDETS.

Local governments.

France Travail.

French Red Cross.

Specialized nonprofit organizations.

CCAS.

Solidarity Centers.

Family Centers.

CMFP (Military Vocational Training Centers).

Retired volunteers.

Artisans.

Committed professionals.

Military personnel in career transition.

Local partner companies.

Certified training centers.

Construction | Hygiene and Cleaning | Logistics and Transportation | Landscaping | Technical Maintenance | Agriculture and Food.

All of these fields were selected for their social and regional relevance, as well as for their high employment rates and ease of implementation, both in the classroom and in real-world settings.

The training programs will last 4 to 6 months, using a teaching methodology that combines applied theory, supervised internships or work sites, and group workshops on communication, budget management, and healthy living.

We will present these professions during UDM sessions, in waiting lines, or during informal discussions over snacks.

Detailed informational sheets will explain: job duties, eligibility requirements, training duration, compensation, etc.

We will assess the interests, abilities, and aspirations of each beneficiary committed to pursuing their reintegration.
