To contribute to the common good of our nation and broaden our horizons, regardless of age, race, or culture, through civic, humanitarian, and public-interest initiatives taking place across the country.
Act with clarity, humility, and an open mind to implement direct initiatives that serve people.
Harness and combine all the right resources to achieve results that make a difference on the ground.
Be available and ready to roll up your sleeves to make a difference across the board.
To take a concrete step toward fostering lasting national unity, without unnecessary pretense, so that both the young and those with experience can benefit from and participate in a new spirit of fairness, and inclusion.
Non-partisan, in order to complement all local public policies and facilitate partnerships with everyone.
After making a few missteps along the way, I found myself in these challenging situations, which were nonetheless formative lessons.
My father, for his genetic legacy and strength of character.
Jean-Marc Iskin, for his strategic mind and tenacity.
Pierre-Paul Raffaelli, for his sense of order and the lessons he taught me.
Philippe Le Ven, for his business acumen and his everyday good nature.
Every person I will meet from now on.
“Only the crazy ones who think they can change the world actually do.”

Every dollar raised will be carefully invested to find answers to this fundamental question:
How can we ensure that no French citizen, for starters, is deprived of basic sanitation or forced to sleep on the streets in the 21st century?
This first national humanitarian campaign goes far beyond a mere box to check in terms of corporate social responsibility.
Donations are made with no strings attached and start at just one euro, making them accessible to everyone.
Where there’s a will, there’s a way; and when we can, we must do it—especially when it costs less than a baguette!
Below you’ll find the planned investment plan for the funds.
You can also support the association and the ecosystem by purchasing a headwear item related to its creation from our store.
You automatically receive a 5% discount on all your orders, without having to enter a promo code.
To all potential critics, I invite you to reflect on this question:
What have you done, concretely, for your fellow citizens in situations of extreme vulnerability?
If transforming the daily lives of thousands of people motivates you as well, then we’re a perfect match!
Thank you for your trust, and welcome to the Proactive Unit.
This collection appeals to a unique yet stylistically cohesive clientele, offering a forward-thinking reinterpretation of this wardrobe staple for both men and women.
These unisex hats, designed to fit all head shapes, are enhanced by two timeless colors that are emblematic of the brand’s visual identity:
Le Noir Onyx et le Blanc Albâtre.
This approach will take effect as soon as the association is recognized as a public interest organization.
At this stage, our top priority is to launch the solidarity fund through Operation One Piece.
It will be used to finance the legal establishment of the association, its initial action units, and local initiatives.
We are also developing a sponsorship strategy (distinct from the donor-based approach of philanthropy).
Since the Propreté Active program will work to provide essential services to the most disadvantaged, once the association is recognized as a public interest organization, you will be eligible for a tax deduction on your donations of up to 75%, up to a limit of €1,000.
Beyond that amount, your tax deduction will be 66%.
EXAMPLE: If you donate €1,500, you will deduct: €750 (75% of the first €1,000), €330 (66% of the next €500), for a total deduction of €1,080.
According to Article 200 of the General Tax Code (CGI), these benefits are limited to 20% of your annual income.
EXAMPLE: If your taxable income is €30,000, you can deduct up to €6,000 in donations.
If you exceed the 20% limit, don’t worry: the excess will be carried over to the next 5 years, with the same conditions.
To apply the deduction, you must keep and attach the tax receipt (Cerfa form no. 11580*05) to your tax return; we will provide this to you once your donation has been confirmed.
As part of a sponsorship program, your company, if subject to corporate income tax (CIT) or individual income tax (IIT), can benefit from a tax advantage by supporting Unité Proactive, as it may deduct 60% of the value of its donations (in cash, in kind, or in the form of services) from its tax liability, up to the limits set by law.
Eligible donations include: Monetary donations | In-kind donations (products, equipment, etc).
The tax reduction is granted up to the higher of the following limits: €20,000 in annual donations or 0.5% of your company’s annual revenue excluding VAT.
EXAMPLE: If your company has a turnover of €3 million (excluding VAT), it can deduct up to €15,000 in donations.
With a turnover of €1 million (excluding VAT), an SME can make up to €20,000 in deductible donations, compared to €5,000 under the 0.5% rule.
If your company exceeds the authorized limit, the excess amount may be carried forward to the next five tax years, under the same deduction conditions.
When total annual donations exceed €2,000,000, the portion above this threshold is no longer eligible for a 60% reduction, but rather for a 40% reduction.
EXAMPLE: For €2.5 million in donations in 2026, the first €2 million are eligible for a 60% reduction.
The next €500,000 qualifies for a 40% reduction.
To claim the reduction, attach the tax receipt we’ll provide once your donation is confirmed.
It means embarking on an adventure that brings together your teams, customers, and prospective customers, as well as all of your business partners, at a time when brands are largely judged by the commitments they make.
You’ll break free from traditional promotional frameworks by leveraging omnichannel visibility to drive positive social change through the creation of responsible technological innovations, thereby strengthening your customers’ trust in you over your competitors.
You’ll have a clear contractual framework and regular milestones to provide your stakeholders with a true story that reflects your vision and values.
You’ll serve as a positive anchor in your community, fostering intergenerational engagement.
You’ll offer your employees the opportunity to be part of a national project that changes lives.
The business model is hybrid: donations from the public, corporate sponsorship, merchandise sales, partnerships, public contracts, and other initiatives will be implemented to ensure its long-term viability.
An impact report will be prepared by an external firm and published on this website every quarter.
It will detail the number of showers taken, the reintegration programs initiated, and all other satisfaction indicators.
Every expense is fully traceable: quotes, invoices, and approval by the ethics committee for budget allocations.
In addition, an independent annual financial audit will be made public, accompanied by an online dashboard detailing the amounts raised, invested, and remaining.
Beyond the numbers, we measure effectiveness through three key indicators:
Human impact: successful reintegration journeys and long-term stability.
Regional impact: local partnerships established and the circular economy fostered.
Trust impact: donor satisfaction and participatory governance.
They have the opportunity to host a mobile shower unit in their town, help fund its deployment, and participate in local integration initiatives.
Because our ecosystem is built on a culture of shared effort and mutual trust.

Simple.
Effective.
Doing what needs to be done.
“Only the crazy ones who think they can change the world actually do.”
Steve Jobs.
Founder of the association.
Here are our first 4 initiatives.
To provide greater access to hygiene for the most vulnerable members of our community by installing 92 mobile shower units in cities with populations of over 50,000 within 365 days, as first.
By reducing health risks, this initiative is expected to generate indirect savings of €3 to €4 for society per euros invested.
This initiative to develop reintegration programs will begin following the successful launch of the 92 UDMs.
Participants will be housed and supported within a strict, rigorous, and empowering environment, where they will work on their mental, physical, and social recovery and undergo training in one of 42 professions.
This milestone will mark the success and conclusion of the program for the participants, as they will have definitively broken free from cycles of instability by securing employment, housing, and a positive outlook.
Once their permanent employment contracts are confirmed, they will be eligible for a solidarity loan.
A free challenge that can be replicated anywhere.
If, every day, we set a goal to pick up one piece of plastic waste from the ground and throw it in a designated trash bin, that adds up to 365 pieces of waste per year.
If one million people did this in France, 365 million pieces of trash would be collected each year.
Now, imagine that number multiplied on a global scale and do the math.
Doing this daily is common sense, far more useful than changing the clocks twice a year.
CHALLENGE: Post at least once a week, on the story of your choice on social media, a photo of the plastic before picking it up with the caption “Good Karma.”
We won’t be discovering other planets just yet, so we might as well keep this one in good shape.
Every dollar raised will be invested to address this first challenge.
How can we ensure that, to begin with, absolutely no French citizen lacks basic hygiene or sleeps on the streets in the 21st century?
This first national humanitarian campaign is far more meaningful than simply checking a box for corporate social responsibility.
Donations are made with no strings attached and start at one dollar.
Where there’s a will, there’s a way; and when we can, we must !

Bringing in qualified partners to maximize the association’s growth.
Setting up a workshop to build the first UDMs.
Selection and outfitting of utility vehicles with durable materials.

Purchase of audiovisual equipment to organize a community.
