UDM vehicle in neutral livery: Pre-sponsorship version for businesses

Issues

In France, only 15% of our 350,000 poorest citizens can shower every day—does that seem normal to you?

We are in the 21st century; hygiene should no longer be a luxury, but a fundamental human right.

Create 92 mobile shower units in cities with populations of over 50,000 within 365 days of the launch of the first unit.

This solution combines social policy with economic logic: by reducing the use of emergency rooms and health risks, it is expected to generate indirect savings of $3 to $4 for society for every euro invested.

Support those who are ready to hold their heads high and stand tall, to rediscover a winning spirit, to rebuild a meaningful life, and to once again become active contributors to our society.

Each recipient must present a form of identification or a certificate from their local CCAS, and then sign a pledge of commitment regarding the application of the Bushido Citoyen.

Any serious misconduct will result in permanent exclusion and will breach this pact of solidarity.

Inspired by the samurai code of honor, this philosophy values community, self-respect, and a commitment to a virtuous pursuit of self-realization to fulfill one’s full potential.

Yū (勇): Courage.

Gi (義): Justice | Righteousness | Discipline.

Rei (礼): Respect for oneself and others.

Meiyo (名誉): Honor | Accountability.

Jin (仁): Kindness | Benevolence.

Makoto (誠): Sincerity in words and actions.

Chūgi (忠義): Loyalty to the organization.

Two symbolic pricing options will be offered to users.

Of course, in extreme cases, a solidarity fund will be established to cover this cost.

The timer will start when users press the button to turn on the water in the shower stall, and they will be responsible for managing the time and cleaning the stall.

Essential Package: $2.50

Shower with body and hair care products and a bath towel.

Serenity Package: $3.00

Includes all the benefits of the Essential Package plus a good cup of coffee or hot chocolate.

Check-in and Registration

During their first visit, new recipients must present valid identification and sign a pledge of good faith. Regular visitors simply need to scan the QR code on their card at the registration kiosk to check in.

Choosing a Plan

The user selects the plan that best suits their needs from those offered and, depending on availability, may take underwear. Once ready, they are directed to a clean shower stall to refresh and wash.

Cleaning the UDM

After showering, the user uses a squeegee to remove water and wipes down surfaces according to the instructions posted in the unit to keep the stall clean for the next users, while adhering to the time allotted by the timer.

Summary and Departure

Before leaving, each participant is invited to freely share their thoughts on the experience, and then the volunteers kindly and enthusiastically review the main rehabilitation goals to help them maintain the best possible mindset.

Session duration: 15 minutes.

Water flow: 7 minutes.

First violation: 7-day suspension.

Repeat violation: 14-day suspension.

Third violation: expulsion.

In addition to showers, users will also be able to take advantage of free hair touch-ups and professional headshot sessions—in exchange for one hour of volunteer work per month—as part of resume-building workshops.

This program will take place every two weeks.

Each semester, the three recipients from the cities that have demonstrated the most effective proactive initiatives within their communities will be awarded medals for bravery and dedication.

The technical aspects will be developed and validated by a committee of experts with in-depth knowledge of the key specifications required for the proper construction of each UDM.

The goal is to design vehicle conversions that can be connected to water and electricity at designated stations in “campground”-style recreational areas.

This budget will include the base vehicle, its structure, all PRM-compatible accessories, and labor costs.

We aim to reduce costs by 20 to 25% through a rigorous strategy:

Vehicle donations from partner companies.

Bulk purchases of vehicles and components.

Shared certifications (Qualigaz, DREAL).

Streamlined integration workshop (templates, “flow-cell” method).

Result: an estimated final cost of around $16,000 (excluding tax) per unit, without compromising on standards or service quality.

For accessibility, every detail will be considered: removable ramp, low threshold, high-contrast controls, Braille pictograms, etc.

A rigorous technical maintenance plan (weekly, monthly, and annual) will be implemented to optimize the service life of each UDM.

We will select reliable and compact vans with sturdy chassis and a minimum payload of 1,300 kg.

The interior of the cab will be designed to withstand moisture and impacts.

The walls will be treated with antibacterial materials.

The interior layout will be divided into three areas:

A changing room.

An ergonomic shower stall.

A secure utility area dedicated to utilities, water, storage, and maintenance of the unit.

Will serve urban, rural, and suburban areas.

Will be made from durable and recyclable materials.

Will feature a simple and functional design.

Will ensure accessibility for people with disabilities.

Will serve approximately 300 beneficiaries each per year.
